Upcoming Events

EWB is hosting our 3rd Annual FĂștbol Tournament on April 24, 2010. Last year we had a great turnout and we wish that this year will be even better! So don't delay and sign up!! The winning team will get one $75 gift card to Sports Authority. We are still in need of more referees so if you would like to be one, please contact us soon. Entry is open to anyone willing to play, not necessarily UH students.

Also, on Sunday, April 18th at 2pm we will be having a fundraising silent auction at the Gingerman in Rice Village. It will be a great opportunity to come by and enjoy a drink with friends (21+ to drink) and to help support future Nicaragua trips!

We are still asking all members if they have any items to donate to the auction. We are looking for a wide range of donations items!
We have a small team of members who are contacting companies in the Houston area for auction items and if you would like to be a part of that the more the merrier!

If you have any auction items or would like to be involved with contacting companies, please email Daniel at dunate@uh.edu.

Also, the Crawfish boil is on Sunday, May 2, 2010 right before finals. Volunteers will get paid $7/hr AND can enjoy free food and drinks after their volunteer shift. a At the end, you have the option of donating the money to EWB or donating the money to EWB. ;D
